Commercial Lines

Our commercial lines department offers a wide variety of commercial insurance for your insured’s business needs. We write commercial property in house on the basic and special forms for structures up to $2 Million in value. Higher limits are available, but may require 48 hours to get a quote back. Such classes we insure are: bowling alleys, restaurants, retail stores, barber and beauty salons including massage services. We can package a general liability policy for you with most all commercial property accounts. $1M/$2M are standard limits, but higher may be obtained by endorsement or with an excess liability policy.

We also have the ability to insure commercial properties that may be vacant or being renovated, just like the personal lines department.  We have the ability to write general liability online for small contractors such as electricians, heat and A/C repairmen, lawn and landscapers, and many more classes; most of these classes are found in our online rater. We write inland marine for tools, equipment and signs stand alone or in our commercial package policies.
