Scope of Services

Grades 4–6, 650 students (core for 1,027). Full architectural and engineering services, including pre-planning, bond assistance, programming, design, construction administration, and warranty follow-up. Transformation of an existing middle school into a new intermediate school with new core facilities, classrooms connecting to a renovated wing, administration, gym, dining, media center, special education, counselor suite, parking, drives, and landscaping.
